I also would like to kindly say, fuck all the white supremacists in the comment section (that has now been disabled) who repeatedly sent death threats, ableist and racist insults, and simply could not handle this truth. Fuck all y'all. Y'all ain’t shit, and neither is Trump. ‘White People Stay Colonizing’ Talk about a harsh truth. The mainstream has made a habit of co-opting slang and dances from minority communities and monetizing it. Calling this into question in academic settings is extremely important work, so kudos to Taylor for making this a priority! She’s a perfect example of the young leaders that show themselves in these times! #Love it!
